RNSC OKs delisting of Viromet from Rasdaq
The Romanian National Securities Commission said it approved the delisting from Rasdaq stock exchange the shares of chemicals manufacturer Viromet Victoria (ticker: VIRY), starting tomorrow.
The company is 95.89% held by Interagro Bucuresti, held by businessman Ion Niculae.
The decision to delist the company was made by the shareholders at the general meeting held on September 9, 2009. Shareholders who exited the business received 3.51 lei/share.
Viromet has a share capital of 47.27 million lei, divided into 18.9 million shares at a face value of 2.5 lei.
The company’s market value is 62.4 million lei (€15.11 million) according to Friday’s closing quote of 3.3 lei/share.
