BSE listing on the home straight
The Romanian National Securities Commission approved today the prospectus for listing of the shares of S.C. Bursa de Valori Bucuresti S.A (BVB) on the regulated market under its management.
The next step towards the listing of shares is the approval by the Board of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
“The Board of the bourse will give the green light for the listing of BSE shares today or tomorrow”, Mircea Botta, vice president of BSE told Wall-Street.
BSE has appointed in mid April Intercapital Invest as lead underwriter of the listing which has a deadline of 45 days.
