BET-NG gains amid bearish market
The five financial investment companies posted sharp declines for another day, while energy stocks under BET-NG gained 0.62% in average.
The total trade value at the equity market rose 6% from yesterday to 30.21 million lei (€7.19 million).
BET index that gauges the performance of ten most actively traded stocks at BSE shed 0.30% to 5,096.87 points, while composite BET-C finished down 0.42% to 3,057.16 points.
BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies slumped 4.08% to 22,512.27 points, while Vienna’s ROTX dropped 0.99% to 10,599.96 points.
BET-XT index of the 25 most traded stocks closed down 0.99% at 479.98 points, while BET-NG gauge of ten energy stocks gained 0.62% to 701.89 points.
SIF Oltenia shares (BSE:SIF5) have been the most traded today, with total trade value of 6.35 million lei, while stock prices fell 4.38% to 1.31 lei. SIF Mold ova (BSE:SIF2) moved 2.83% lower to 1.03 lei, and recorded a total trade value of 5.38 million lei.
In the banking sector, Banca Transilvania (BSE:TLV) increased by 0.64% to 1.58 lei, whole BRD SocGen (BSE:BRD) gave up 2.17% to 13.5 lei.
OMV Petrom (BSE:SNP) jumped 4.39% to 0.309 lei, while Transgaz Medias (BSE:TGN) decreased 0.46% to 215 lei.
