SIFs move 1.4% higher



Stocks at the Bucharest Stock Exchanged closed another winning day today, the biggest advance being recorded by the five financial investment companies.
Total trade value at the equity market increased slightly to 15.23 million lei (€3.62 million).

BET index
of the 10 most actively traded stocks at the Bucharest Stock Exchange rose 0.46% to 4,777.74 points, while composite BET-C grew 0.35% to 2,858.06 points.

BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies increased by 1.40% to 19,247.30 points, while Vienna’s ROTX finished up 1% at 9,689.18 points.

BET-XT
index of the 25 most traded stocks finished up 0.76% to 433.19 points, while BET-NG benchmark of ten energy stocks gained 0.43% to 682.56 points.

BRD SocGen (BSE:BRD) have been the most traded stocks today, with a total trade value of 3.42 million lei, while stock prices dropped 0.88% to 11.3%. On the other hand, Banca Transilvania (BSE:TLV) jumped 2.84% to 1.45 lei, and recorded a total trade value of 861,500 lei.

SIF Oltenia (BSE:SIF5) grew 2.55% to 1.11 lei, and SIF Moldova (BSE:SIF2) finished up 2.33% to 0.88 lei.

Shares of Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE:BVB) have attracted a trade value of 762,300 lei, and stock prices rose 3.47% to 26.8 lei.

In the energy sector, OMV Petrom (BSE:SNP) closed up 0.71% to 0.285 lei.
