Ikano divests part of its stake in SIF Moldova



Ikano Eastern Europe Equities Pool fund held by Ikano group owned by Ingvar Kamprad, founder of Ikea capped its holding in SIF Moldova to 0.99% from 1.09%.
The fund now holds 5.18 million shares in the financial investment company, from 5.65 million shares, according to a filing to threshold notification to Bucharest Stock Exchange.

SIF Moldova posted a first-quarter after-tax profit of 10.55 million lei (€2.56 million), 2.5-fold higher than the same period of 2009. The company projected a 54.8 million lei profit for this year, 46% below year-ago level.

SIF Moldova has a share capital of 5.19 million lei, divided into 519.08 million outstanding shares with a face value of 0.10 lei. The financial investment company has a market value of 511.3 million lei (€120.7 million) according to latest closing quote of 0.985 lei/share.
