BDO Audit relocates headquarters to Victory Business Center
BDO Audit has decided to relocate its corporate headquarters to Victory Business Center building in the vicinity of Muncii Square, said Colliers International, the real estate adviser in the transaction.
BDO has let a 2,700sqm office space in Victory Business Center, the transaction being one of the most important this year.
BDO will occupy 4 storeys in Victory BC, where the company is the anchor tenant with over 50% of total area. Victory BC building was completed in 2010 and has a total surface of 5,500 sqm office space.
“The low rental levels make the relocation of BDO to a new space that meets our business standards as opportune. We will have a larger area that will enable us to continue our development strategies”, said Silviu Manolescu, CEO BDO Romania.
“The transaction is very important given the current market conditions. BDO is the first company to relocate in the first half of 2010”, said Horia Modovan, Associate Director at Colliers International.
