PwC moves its headquarters to Lakeview

As of July 12, PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania will move its Bucharest headquarters into a new office building on Barbu Vacarescu, where it rented 7,000-sqm space, double the size of the one PwC occupied in its previous Bucharest headquarters.
“Many companies have moved their headquarters to the northern part of the city and it came as a natural solution for us to do the same and move closer to our business partners”, stated Vasile Iuga (photo), Country Managing Partner, PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania.

PwC rented 7,000 office space in The Lakeview building, being one of the largest tenants of the project together with RBS Romania and Colgate Palmolive. In Lakeview, PricewaterhouseCoopers Romania and the correspondent law firm D&B David şi Baias will occupy four floors.

The consulting and audit company moved to the new space in The Lakeview in April, according to an announcement made by AIG/Lincoln, the developer of the project.

The Lakeview is located near Aurel Vlaicu metro station, and has a gross lettable area of 24,000 sqm and represented a total investment of €50 million, and was developed by AIG/Lincoln and Fabian investment fund.

Fabian is held by Black Sea Global Properties (BSGP), held by businessman Dinu Patriciu. After the completion of The Lakeview project and the relocation of tenants, the investment fund has the possibility to buy the building.
