BSE stocks grows modestly



Stocks at the Bucharest Stock Exchange recorded modest gains today, after a three-day retreat led by ROTX index.
The total trade value at the equity market increased to 12.49 million lei (€2.95 million). Bonds market generated 4.93 million lei (€1.16 million).

Investors traded oil index certificates (EBWTI), gold (EBGLD) and DAX (EBDAX). (EBDAXTL) turbo long and (EBDAXTS) short on DAX and gold (EBGLDTS) have also been popular today.

BET index that gauges the performance of ten most actively traded stocks at BSE gained 0.42% to 4,813.94 points, while composite BET-C rose 0.49% to 2,844.02 points.

BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies increased by 0.39% to 20,505.65 points, while Vienna’s ROTX jumped 2.11% to 9,809.82 points.

BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid shares inched up 0.48% to 439.72 points, while BET-NG benchmark of ten energy companies rose 0.84% to 696.37 points.

SIF Oltenia (BSE:SIF5) attracted the biggest trade value today, 4.26 million lei, while stock prices rose 0.81% to 1.24 lei, while SIF Muntenia (BSE:SIF2) grew 0.52% to 0.96 lei.

BRD SocGen (BSE:BRD) shed 0.92% to 10.8 lei, while Erste Bank (BSE:EBS) soared 8.60% to 120 lei.
