Annual inflation rate dropped in May to 5.95%, from 6.45% in April, on food price decline and mild increase in prices for non-food products and services, National Institute of Statistics show.
Economic analysts expected the inflation rate to come down in the range of 6% in May, on currency appreciation and reduction in natural gas prices, partially compensated by the fuel price boost.
