Sibiu-based Rova Romania, acquired last year by Swedish group Lindab is close to being integrated into Lindab Romania, local subsidiary of Lindab.
“The integration process will assure the incorporation of Lindab group’s activities under one clout. This decision was made by the group and after a consultation with local managers”, said Andrei Sulyok, managing director of Lindab Romania.
The two companies are in advanced merger procedures. After the completion of the process underway, there will be a sole company of the group in Romania, Lindab SRL.
At the same time, the two companies are running a complex operational integration process, which is expected to end in spring next year.
