Malcolm Gladwell a fost jurnalist pentru revista The New Yorker din 1996, iar in 2005 a fost desemnat unul dintre cei mai influenti 100 de oameni din lume in topul realizat de revista Time.

Gladwell este autorul cunoscutelor carti "The Tipping Point: How Little Things Make a Big Difference" si "Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking", ambele ajungand pe prima pozitie in topul New York Times al celor mai bine vandute titluri.
