Slaughter&May – Bulboaca & Asociatii joint venture has been appointed by the Ministry of Finance as legal adviser in the €500mln and €1.5bn-eurobonds issue the minister plans for this fall.
The ministry has already named the lead underwriters and co-managers for the issue last week: HSBC, Deutsche Bank and EFG Eurobank.
The Eurobond issue has an indicative value between €500mln and €1.5bln with maturities of five and seven years. The final price will be settled according to market conditions and funding needs.
