BET-XT index of the 25 most traded stocks climbed 3.28% to 453.05 while BET-NG gauge of ten energy stocks gained 3.65% to 690.17 points.
SIF Oltenia shares (BSE: SIF5) have once been the most traded, with total trade value of 10.37 million lei while stock prices jumped 4.42% to 1.18 lei. SIF Moldova (BSE: SIF2) rose 2.86% to 0.9 lei and recorded a total trade value of 5.92 million lei.
In the banking sector, BRD SocGen (BSE: BRD) closed up 0.78% to 13 lei, while Banca Transilvania (BSE: TLV) moved up 2.05% to 1.49 lei.
OMV Petrom (BSE:SNP) was up 3.15% to 0.295 lei, while Dafora Medias (BSE:DAFR) edged up 0.93% to 0.108 lei.
