KBC’s local brokerage subsidiary of the Belgian-based financial service provider launched an online investment platform that gives investors access to more than 20 markets around the world.
U-Trade platform is operational for ten years in Belgium and Poland and has been redesigned and adapted to Romanian market.
The U-Trade system gives investors online access to more than 20 markets through one online account.
“We are convinced that the retail segments in Romania still have potential, the success of the application is guaranteed by the fact that it has been specially designed to meet the specific features of the local market, by combining the local regulations with the best international practices”, said Sorin Apostol, managing director of KBC Securities Romania.
The platform allows investors to manage their stock exchange investments, including optimized order execution, portfolio management and analysis of US markets within Euronext and CEE stock markets.
Trading fees range between 0.5% and 0.7% depending on the type of the transaction. The monthly fee is 50 lei and data packages in real time for international markets vary between 10 and 30 lei.
