Sorina Donisa, former chief financial officer of human resources company APT Resources & Services, member of APT group will take up the chief executive role at the company. She will succeed Marilena Petrec who will remain majority shareholder of the company, together with Andrew Littauer.
In her new role, Donisa will be responsible for the strategic planning, resource management and will oversee the company’s current operations.
Sorina Donisa graduated the West University of Timisoara and is member of the Romanian Chamber of Auditors. Sorina Donisa joined APT in 1998 and has been serving as economic director until 2006 when she took up the CFO role at APT Resources & Services.
APT group is operating in human resources outsourcing and advisory since 1998 in the fields of staff recruitment and selection, head hunting, executive search, assessment center, outplacement, payroll, staff leasing, organizational consulting, performance management, development programs, career counseling, development of IT instruments for human resources management, internal communication, training and team building programs.
With a turnover of €18 million in 2008, double from 2007, APT was the third largest HR company in Romania, after Adecco Romania and Lugera&Makler.
