Targul imobiliar se va intinde pe o suprafata de expunere de 5.000 mp. Pana in prezent, spatiul expozitional este ocupat in proportie de 85%. De asemenea, pana in acest moment s-au inscris 50 de expozanti, care ofera circa 8.000 de locuinte.

Targul Imobiliar National tIMOn si compania City Garde, apartinand grupului de firme Romstal, au semnat un acord de colaborare prin care vor amenaja un parc de 500 mp in Piata Consitutiei, locul unde se va desfasura editia din acest an.

“In cadrul tIMOn vom importa arbori, arbusti si plante verzi, iar specialistii nostri in peisagistica vor decora un spatiu de 500 mp in Piata Constitutiei cu arbusti decorativi, conifere si foioase de mari dimensiuni, arbusti mediteraneeni, plante decorative si flori de sezon, dar si cu fantani arteziene sau mobilier pentru gradina", a declarat directorul general al City Garden, George Dudu.
