The new managing director of CEZ Distributie is Doina Vornicu, effective July 1. She is thus succeeding Gabriel Negrila, who headed the company’s operations over the past three years.
Gabriel Negrila remains focused on a career in advisory, now with 28-year expertise in energy field. He had been appointed as the managing director of the former Electrica Oltenia on November 1, 2005.
Lars Ramneborn takes over leadership of Zentiva Romania
Lars Ramneborn is the new managing director of the local operations of Czech-based drugmaker Zentiva, thus succeeding Dragos Damian.
Before this appointment Ramneborn was vicepresident for trade at Zentiva Group. He is also member of Zentiva NV’s board of directors.
Altex has a new CFO
Electronic and home appliance retailer Altex has a new chief financial officer, Nicoleta Reitu who brings a 15-year expertise in financial area.
She will directly oversee the team of specialists of the group’s financial division, his main duties being related to securing a performing financial management.
Danone Romania appoints new CFO
Monica Constantinescu was promoted as chief financial officer of dairy producer Danone Romania, after five-year experience within the company.
She joined Danone in 2004 as head of financial supervisory department.

Macro Stettler, former managing director of Free Media Ukraine, subsidiary of Ringier AG media group, has taken over the leadership of Yellow Pages.
New Managing director at Hidroelectrica
Minister of Economy, Adriean Videanu, has appointed Mihai David Ciprian as managing director of the country’s biggest electricity supplier, Hidroelectrica.
Mihai David replaces Traian Oprea at the helm of the state-owned electricity supplier.
RED developer has a new general manager
RED Management Capital recruited Radu Niculescu, the former director of Cegis Romania, to take over the duties of general manager for its RED Management Services division.
Niculescu will lead the asset management operations for commercial centers, logistic parks, as well as residential properties under RED management. Before joining RED, Radu Niculescu was the general manager of France’s Cegis that manages 12 shopping centers in Romania.
